How to order?

First of all, please select the product from the Product Catalog. Then choose the delivery date and time for us to deliver the products. Once confirm on the date and time, please fill up your particular like address, messages etc. The last step will be a link to your choice of payment. Finally, we will then send you a confirm order and deliver the products based on your requirement.

 

To order your purchase:-

  • Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  • Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to make the payment for your order.
  • You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you can make your payment.
  • You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  • From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  • Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  • After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  • Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

 

How do I place an order if I have problems doing it online?

Please call us at +(60)03 5611 0522 and place your order with us then direct bank in our company bank account.

 

How do I know if my order has been received?

- If you make your payment via our Online Payment system, you will receive an acknowledgement email from e-GHL payment gateway to confirm that your payment has successfully been received and the order is processed.

- If you pay via Direct Bank In or cheque, we will contact you to confirm your order upon receipt of payment that is verified by our bank. 

 

Is the price shown on your website also applicable during festive seasons? (e.g Valentine's Day)

We always strive to keep our prices low and affordable for our customers. Unfortunately, our cost is higher during festive seasons (especially Valentine's Day) due to the shortage of fresh flowers supply (especially Roses). Hence, some of our prices will be revised.

 

How do I make payment for the flowers that I have ordered?
We accept Visa/MasterCard credit card, Maybank e-Banking or off line transfer.

 

How many days in advance I had to place my order?

We strongly encourage all orders to be two (2) to three (3) days prior to the delivery date to ensure freshness of flowers and timely delivery. But some of the flower may take 7 days in advance.

 

Can I cancel my order?

A 55% cancellation charge of the order is applicable for any order that is confirmed.

 

Can I customize my order?

Yes. We customized hampers, gifts and flower arrangements to meet your specific need. Just tell us of the occasion, the type of person who will receive the gifts, your specification for contents, budget etc and we will readily put together some ideas in a quotation for you. Do contact us for discussion with no obligations.

 

Can I change the address for my order?

Yes. You can change your delivery address or your recipient's info before the date of delivery.

 

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

 

What is your substitution policy?

Alternative materials may be used to ensure timely delivery. If so required, DAISY CHEERS will substitute material(s) with equal of greater value, while maintaining the quality and aesthetics of the final product.   You will be advised at the time of ordering about substitution of the main flowers. Substitution of accompanying flowers may be necessary without notification but will be of comparable value and price.

 

I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.

Click Submit.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in <<your-main-currency>>.

How secure is your online credit card payment system?
Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for encrypting and sending your credit card details. The system protects your credit card details from being intercepted and used fraudulently while the information is in transit over the net.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
