Coverage Area and Charges
We do cover most of the major areas in Klang Valley. However, some of our covered areas required additional delivery charges. Due to logistic issues, we DO NOT offer regional order to other states at this moment. Please be patient with us as we are still currently working to extend our delivery coverage list throughout other states within Malaysia.
Our Delivery Area encompasses almost all of the areas with Klang Valley. The delivery charges will be WAIVED for the order exceeding RM 250.00 and above.

Delivery Time
- For orders received before 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.
- For orders received after 1:00 PM (Monday - Friday) (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery; otherwise it will be made the next day.
(If you place your orders after 1.00pm and require same day delivery, we'd
gladly try our best to assist. Please call us directly at +(60)3 5611 0522).
- Our operation hours for Monday to Saturdays are 9:00AM – 7:00PM and we are closed on Sunday. Hence, orders received on Saturdays, after 1.00pm, or on Sundays, will be made the following Monday or next working day.
- We do accommodate special deliveries on Sundays or Malaysian Public Holidays. Please contact us directly at daisycheersflorist@gmail.com or +(603) 5611 0522 to make special arrangements. Otherwise, the delivery will be made on the next working day.
- However, in some cases, delivery may not be done within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will deliver the order soonest possible on the date specified.
- The delivery time may vary depends on the traffic & weather conditions.
- Any re-direct or re-sent product will be charged with a minimum fee of RM 20 per destination.
- For all orders for wreaths or sympathy flowers, the time and date of the funeral (when the deceased will be taken out for burial) MUST be stated clearly in your order, and the flowers are delivered only after the funeral, we are not hold responsible to make any refunds or cancellations.
- Daisy Cheers Sdn Bhd or www.dcfloristngift.com will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. Please provide at least a 2 hour range for delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible.
Delivery during Peak Season
During the Peak / Festive Season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order THREE (3) days in advance.
Due to the unusually higher demand during Peak/Festive seasons, we will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
Delivery Practice
- Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient and 1 alternative contact number (ie. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone). We will NOT reveal the sender details because we understand most of the senders would like the gift/flower to be a surprise.
- Our delivery team will try our best to deliver to recipient, if recipient isn't around we will deliver to :
- For delivery to office , we will deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
- For delivery to house, we will deliver to recipient family member
- For delivery to college/university campus, please provide us recipient's friend contact number for arrangement.
- All orders will be delivered to the Recipient's address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our delivery team will try their best to hand over the flowers/gifts to the named Recipient directly at the time of delivery.
- Please note that the runner will only wait for 15 minutes at the assigned delivery address. Any undelivered products will be sent back to the shop.
- If no one receive the product, or it is rejected, the order is counted as completed
- A minimum RM 20.00 delivery charges will be imposed for re-delivery of orders (to the same place) and different fees for re-delivery of orders to different location. Any replacement of product will be charge separately.
- Daisy Cheers Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery of the flowers in the following circumstances :-
- The recipient of the order made is not present at the address given & there is no one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient
- The address is incorrect.
- Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
- Refusal from the recipient (should such situations occur, the purchase is considered delivered & no refunds will be made)
- During peak festivals such as Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year where high demand for delivery is expected
- Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations and/or reasons beyond our control
Order not accepted (Remote areas)
We reserve the right not to accept your order when your delivery place is not listed in our delivery area chart. However, we will give you advance notice in the event of such a rare occurrence.
Returns/Refund Policy
Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of your order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made. There will be a 50% cancellation charges if order has been attempted. There will be no refund where payment has been made.
